Mailchimp login is separate from tmdwebsystem@gmail.com—only Big 4 has access. Occasionally, we run into problems with mailchimp and how readers can sign up for our newsletter.
The newsletter code block can be found on the main site of The Michigan Daily. For reference, the code that fixed the last issue of the form not taking submissions. The main fix was removing the “no_validate” field.
For other issues, contact mailchimp to figure out how to resolve the issue.
