Meeting Structure
- Sunday: Announcements @ 11 - 11:15 am (via zoom)
- Wednesday: Sales Training @ 5:30 - 6:30 pm (in office)
- Friday: Sales Office Work Time @ TBD (in office)
Required Time Commitment
- On average, the time commitment for this job is 7-8 hours a week.
- Total Meeting time: 3 hours per week (Sunday + Wednesday + Friday)
- Required in office time: 3-4 hours per week
- You can choose when you come into the office to work outside of meeting times!
- People often come in between classes or meetings to get some daily work done and see each other.
- Time in the office will be tracked with a sign-in form at Brennan’s desk— be sure to fill it out when you are there and when you leave :)
- Note: the week of September 26th we do not expect the new people to put in these hours because you do not have as much work outside of meetings right now :)
Communication and Commitment
- We understand life gets busy. But please communicate with your Senior Account Executives (SAEs) whenever something comes up or if you are headed into a busier week that will prevent you from attending a meeting or coming in as much.
- That being said, we do expect you to keep your time commitment in mind when scheduling and planning your time.
- Note: if we notice you repeatedly cannot attend meetings and meet these expectations…
- (1.) you will have to meet with our Sales and Marketing Advisor and Sales Manager to discuss why you were missing meetings/office time and what you can do moving forward to fix this
- (2.) your commission and payroll will be at risk

- inbound: 8%
- outbound: 12%
